Ai-Photos — Client Delivery
AI Photos is an AI-powered mobile application that generates 150+ personalized avatars in 65+ styles using just 15 user images, helping users create impactful digital identities. We delivered this by leveraging advanced AI models and a structured QA process to ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable avatar generation across the platform.
Challenges Faced
- Ensuring AI-generated avatars maintained quality and consistency across 65+ styles
- Validating outputs from dynamic AI models where results vary per input set
- Maintaining clear communication between QA, AI engineers, and design teams
- Testing performance and scalability when generating 150+ avatars per user
Methodology & Approach
- Performed end-to-end testing of the mobile application including avatar generation workflows
- Designed and executed structured test cases based on real-world user scenarios
- FRD and User Manual docummentation
- Conducted regression and smoke testing for each build to ensure stability
- Tested APIs using Postman to validate backend responses and AI processing flows
Results & Impact
- Successfully validated and ensured quality for 150+ AI-generated avatars per user flow
- Reduced production issues by implementing structured regression testing cycles
- Identified and resolved critical visual and functional defects before production release
- Got featured in ProductHunt platform
- Ensured smooth UAT and production deployments with minimal post-release bugs
