Senior SQA Automation Engineer — Team Lead
Leading a team of four across three concurrent web platforms. Owning release management, client comms, and mentorship.
- Led end-to-end QA efforts across multiple modules of Blue Ocean and ProCon, ensuring high-quality deliverables across web applications.
- Collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity, testability, and defect prevention in early stages.
- Validated scope-of-work extraction, analytics dashboards, and real-time tracking features in Blue Ocean for accuracy and performance.
SQA Engineer - Senior
Promoted into a senior SQA track covering complex projects. Moved from pure manual into a hybrid manual+automation role.
- Owned end-to-end QA on cross platform projects — Jira + ClickUp as system-of-record for a distributed team.
- Created and maintained manual and automated test cases based on detailed requirement specifications.
- Managed end-to-end defect lifecycle including reporting, tracking, and reproduction for faster resolution.
- Executed automation testing using Cypress, enhancing regression testing speed and reliability.
Junior SQA Engineer
Experienced in mobile and desktop products. Exploratory testing, Test-driven Testing, lots of bug-report craft.
- Contributed early in the development lifecycle to ensure testability and quality of requirements.
- Performed comprehensive functional and database testing to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
- Wrote the team's first QA onboarding doc — still in use.
